Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of NopelHub. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
NopelHub is a personal planning, ritual tracking, vision board, and reflection app. You can create goals, milestones, rituals, affirmations, vision entries, reflection entries, weekly reviews, and related timeline activity. The app is for personal productivity and self-organization. It does not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice.
Local Session and Data
The current app uses a local session and local device storage. NopelHub does not provide a cloud account, cloud backup, public profile, social feed, direct messaging, or user-to-user chat. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping any device-level backups you choose to maintain.
Your Content
You are responsible for the goals, prompts, image URLs, selected images, affirmations, reflections, notes, and other content you add to the app. You should not enter content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, invasive of another person's privacy, or that you do not have the right to use.
Vision Generation Features
NopelHub can send prompts and image URLs to a third-party service for vision image generation or image understanding. Generated or assisted content may be incomplete, unsuitable, or unexpected. You should review generated content before relying on it in your personal planning. Vision images are provided for personal inspiration inside the app and do not predict or guarantee real-world outcomes.
Credits and In-App Purchases
NopelHub uses Credits for vision image generation. Credits may be earned through certain in-app progress actions or purchased as consumable Credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase. The current app does not offer subscriptions.
Purchased Credits are intended for use inside NopelHub and have no cash value outside the app. Apple processes payments and may handle refunds according to Apple's policies. If a vision generation request fails before a successful image is saved, the app is designed not to spend Credits for that failed generation.
Permissions
The app may request photo library access when you choose a vision image for a goal and camera access when you take a new vision image. It may request microphone and speech recognition access when you use dictation in supported text fields. These permissions are used only for the related app features. The current app does not request location, Bluetooth, health data, contacts, or calendar access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse NopelHub, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass payment or Credit logic, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app or connected third-party services to create, request, or process unlawful or harmful content.
Third-Party Services
NopelHub uses Apple In-App Purchase for consumable purchases and a third-party service for vision generation features. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, processing, or decisions.
No Guarantees
NopelHub provides tools for organizing personal goals and reflections, but it does not guarantee any result, achievement, health benefit, financial benefit, productivity improvement, or uninterrupted service. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Deleting Local App Data
The Settings screen includes a Delete account action. In the current app, this clears local app data from the device, including goals, rituals, affirmations, vision records, reflections, weekly reviews, Credits history, and related timeline data. This does not remove transaction records maintained by Apple or data already processed by third-party services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when the app's features, business model, or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new Last updated date.
